1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Chicago Skin Science provides the www.myskinscience.co website (the "Site"), all information and other content on the Site ("Content"), all informational and other services available through the Site ("Services"), and all products that may be purchased through the Site ("Products") under the following Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms presented during the purchase, registration, or login process. Accessing or using the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the Site.
2. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
Chicago Skin Science reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting. A link to the most current version of this Agreement will be presented at login or purchase, and you are responsible for reviewing the latest version each time you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and Services.
3. SITE DESCRIPTION AND SERVICES OFFERED
Chicago Skin Science is a dermatologist-owned and operated skincare destination. Under the guidance of board-certified dermatologists, the Site offers a curated collection of medical-grade skincare products, health and wellness content, an AI-powered skincare quiz, and personalized skincare recommendations. Services may include consultation booking, skincare education, loyalty programs, and more.
We may also offer mobile applications, digital tools, or social media platform integrations. Chicago Skin Science reserves the right to add, remove, or alter services and features at any time without liability.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
To access certain features of the Site, including order history and reward tracking, you must complete the registration process. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. CSS may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account for any reason.
Guest checkout is available but may limit access to certain features. Unauthorized use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

13. REWARDS & AUTO-RENEW PROGRAMS
Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points on eligible purchases. Points have no cash value and may expire. Terms are subject to change.
Our Auto-Renew Program offers recurring delivery of selected products. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Program participation is optional and can be canceled at any time. Product availability and pricing may vary.
14. SMS MARKETING AND TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Products. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CSS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Consumers maintain rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CSS concerning your use of the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
