General Returns

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit—whichever you prefer. We’re happy to help make it right.

Adverse Reactions Returns

If you experience an allergic or adverse reaction to a product, we're here to help. Returns related to adverse reactions must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the Adverse Reaction Form must be completed prior to processing the return.

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Prescription (Rx) items and nutraceuticals (such as Xtresse and Nutrafol) are not eligible for return, even in the case of a reaction.
  • NuFACE and Omnilux products are not eligible for return
  • Products that are more than ¼ used (less than ¾ full) are not eligible for return.
  • Products that have oxidized (e.g., turned brown) are considered expired and cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the full purchase price (excluding any applied discounts). You can choose how you'd like to receive your refund:

  • Store Credit – Enjoy the flexibility of a store credit with no expiration date.
  • Original Payment Method – Refunds can also be issued back to your original form of payment.
