Yes! We offer same-day curbside pickup for local customers and same-day delivery within a 10-mile radius of our River North storefront (on orders placed before 2 PM CST). Just select your preferred option at checkout or call us directly to coordinate. For all other orders, we ship via UPS and typical delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare, all sales are final. However, we understand that occasionally a product may cause an adverse reaction, and we are here to support you. If you are experiencing an allergic or adverse reaction to a product, please notify us immediately and complete the Adverse Reaction to Product Report. Returns due to adverse reactions must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, and products must be at least ¾ full. We cannot accept returns on oxidized products (e.g., products that have turned brown), or items purchased more than 30 days ago.
